Hi Everyone,

I just wanted to flag up how the online reservation system works with Booksy. Which is the booking system you use to book online when using any links to the page.

When you make your reservation, Booksy will ask for your card details. It will not debit any funds unless you cancel within 48 hours or don’t show for your appointment.

Therefore full payment is always required on collection of your dog.

The reason I have this in place is to protect myself from clients not showing up or to give myself time to reschedule the booking..

A lot of times clients arrive under the assumption it has already been debited so hope this post clarifies that.
