We apologise to all the disappointed customers that came in today for their first choice raw food that unfortunately had not been delivered due to the delivery van breaking down. We always try our best to provide our customers with a positive experience at our shop however some things are out of our control 😞

Half of our first choice delivery was delivered this evening thanks to the lovely delivery man at first choice bringing what he could to us in his own car and working extra hours to make sure we had some stock in for tomorrow.

The rest of the order will be delivered Thursday, so all the pooches will be well stocked for Christmas ❤️
