I just wanted to say Thank you
I booked your dog field and was very much looking forward to taking my two dogs to run freely, explore the wooded area and try out the agility area.
One of our dogs is a rescue and unfortunately cannot be let off the lead and this would have been a wonderful experience for her.

At first we had trouble finding the paddock, eventually we did.
We realised the code we had was not long enough for the lock system on the gate.
I phoned your office and after a little chat it became apparent something wasn’t right.
When I asked where you were based you gave me a place name I didn’t recognise and then you said you were in Rochdale!!!!!!!
Herein lies the problem. I was standing outside a paddock in Norfolk.

What I want to say is Thank you.
Firstly for not making me feel anymore stupid than I already did and secondly
For refunding me without hesitation even though I was the one who was at fault.
We did not use the secure area so I can’t comment on the facility but for customer service you are the tops.

📳 It will be much easier to book the day & time you want & to pay securely online at any time of the day !

📔 No more trying to catch me in the office inbetween me doing the farm & delivering our eggs 😂 & freeing up my time taking payments !

💻 You can book one slot at a time or multiple slots for the month or months in advance.

💷 This is our 3rd year of opening the dog field & we have slightly increased our prices for the first time, due to the cost of the booking system & website management.

✅ We hope it all goes smoothly changing to online booking, but please bare with us for any glitches that may occur.
