For anyone interested in boarding for their dog, here are some things to consider π
(It's a bit of a long one π«£)
**Please allow as much time as possible**
Boarders get booked up very quickly and quite far in advance. A lot of us will have bookings well into next year already.
Also, if your dog is new to the boarder, we will require trials. This is part of our licensing requirements, but also to ensure that your dog is happy to be in our environment.
Trials are usually a half day, a full day and an overnight stay (at the very least)
**We cannot take dogs that have not been vaccinated**
This is another licensing requirement to ensure the safety of all dogs in our care.
With puppies and dogs that have lapsed with their treatment, they must have had the full vaccination at least two weeks before they are due to board.
**Please complete the booking in forms fully**
We need to know as much as possible about your dog. From allergies and behaviours to vaccination dates and insurance, we need to know it all.
Also, emergency contact. This must be someone local that will be able to collect your dog in the unlikely event that a board must be terminated.
Apologies for the long wordy post, have a photo of Ziggy opening his birthday present as a thank you π
