Do you want to train your dog but don’t know where to start?! 📣

This course is perfect for dogs that have had little or no previous training and is suitable for all ages and breeds.

What we will work on:
* Recall
* Lead walking
* Proper socialisation
* Engagement
* Building confidence
* Structure, rules and boundaries
And much more!

Why is all of this important?
Building a strong foundation in dog training is setting them up for success. It helps with:

* Establishing communication, rules and boundaries
* Building your dogs confidence (and yours!)
* Prevents behavioural issues
* Enhances safety (coming when called etc.)
* Strengthens your bond and trust

Each session runs for 60 minutes. The class is practical training with fun and engaging activities to make learning enjoyable for both you and your dog!

After a lot of back and forth with our insurance company and underwriter, we are delighted to announce we accept dogs muzzle and lead free 🙌

They are allowed to use the private field hire providing that;

* That the owner / handler complies with the government advice as per the government website.

* Not allowed multi households on the field at the same time whilst exercising an XL bully.

* You lock yourself in the field using the bolt on the inside – preventing public inadvertently accessing the field from the outside.

* No lead or muzzle is required within the field area. When outside the field, your dog needs to be muzzled and on the lead (if you have to get it out of the car).

* From 31/01/2024 be able to provide a copy of your exemption certificate and public liability insurance upon request.

I know it’s a very stressful time for all XL bully owners with the ban in place and restrictions etc.

I just wanted to confirm that I am fully insured with Pet Plan Sanctuary and I am still covered to walk and/or train XL’s.

I will never discriminate any breed and I don’t agree that banning a specific breed is the way forward. It’s all about education and responsible owners! 🔑

The following rules apply:
▪️A Certificate of Exemption has been obtained as required under the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991.

▪️You must have third party public liability insurance for your XL Bully.

▪️Your dog must be muzzled and kept on a lead at all times whilst out in a public place.
