It has been such an incredible year for us here at Noah’s Ark. Dr. Alex and Melissa, with the support of the rest of the team and the community, have grown our humble little veterinary centre into something truly magnificent.

This year, we welcomed three superb vets—Dr. Mihai, Dr. Oana, and Dr. Hannah—alongside two fantastic veterinary nurses, Mel and Stephanie. Earlier in the year Lauren came on board as a dedicated Veterinary Care Assistant, and Gail joined us as invaluable Admin Support. To further support this growth, we’ve also brought on Tom alongside Ruby as Client Services Managers, ensuring each and every one of our clients continues to receive outstanding service.

We’re also proud of the investments we’ve made in improving our care for your beloved pets. In early January, we’ll be taking delivery of a new dental X-ray machine to further enhance our dental services, allowing us to diagnose and treat dental issues more effectively than ever before. This is part of our commitment to providing the highest standard of veterinary care, and we’re excited to see how this new equipment will benefit our patients.

Beyond our practice, we’ve had the opportunity to give back to the wider community. In late November, we completed a charity run for Joey’s Legacy Boxer Rescue, and later in December, we hosted a Santa Paws event, again in aid of this wonderful organisation. Thanks to your incredible support, we smashed our target and raised a whopping £1,235! Outside the world of animals, Melissa and Dr. A also pitched in with the 1st Maghull Scout Group to help raise money for the Maghull Rotary Club by completing the annual Santa Sleigh.

We can’t put into words how much we appreciate every one of our client’s support each and every day. Thank you for trusting us with the care of your furry family members. We hope you all have a fantastic evening and wish you the very best for 2025!
