Look at these gorgeous faces and their teddy friends..😍 If your pet is coming into the practice for a procedure or even just to say “hi” their teddy friends are more than welcome to come along to. We have had a wide variety of comfort companions from teddy bears and blankets to owners slippers!!😂 We will do whatever it takes, to make your furry friend happy during their stay with us. 🐶🐱🐰

Hello Everyone! We just wanted to put out a special thank you to all of our amazing clients who have supported us for the past 2 years. In honour, of our 2 year anniversary we are offering a special discount for May to all our registered clients.

It is so important to know what is going on inside your pet as a health exam can only tell us so much. To enable you to delve deeper into your pets health status we are offered £20 off our preventive health screen tests. This test usually costs £135.

What does it look for? The test covers, a complete blood count looking at your pets Red and white bloods cells, A biochemistry profile looking at 17 different markers including liver and kidneys. Along side the blood tests it also includes a urine analysis and a faecal screen looking for those nasty little worms.

If you would like to get booked in for this then give us a call. Ideally bring a urine and faecal sample with you, pop in and we can supply you with the necessary pots. 🐶🐱👩‍🔬🧑‍⚕️

Another alternative if brushing is a NO NO is Stomodine F Nextmune . Stomodine F is an antibacterial / soothing gel to help maintain healthy teeth and gums by manage bacteria that cause plaque build-up and bad breath. It can be used by both cats and dog and just needs to be wipes onto the teeth 😁

The vet tone helps to reduce the time it takes to carry out a tooth extraction which in turn reduces anaesthetic time for your fur babies🤍🥰

There are lots of ways to help keep your dog's or cat's teeth clean and healthy. You can get specially formulated dry foods, additives for their water and chew toys that can help clean teeth if used frequently. But often the best way to keep your pet's teeth clean is by brushing. For anyone new to brushing your pet's teeth there are starter packs out there that can get you going. It is importnat to remember to use dog / cat toothpaste as human tooth paste is not suitable. It is Important when you start brushing to introduce it gradually and in a positive way and not just diving right in.
