That's a wrap for us now until Jan, we are having a much needed break and will get back to as many messages as we can after the new year. Van 1 is in the garage for it's MOT and some TLC over the festive holidays🤗

Hii everyone! Just a little update that is now off to get married this weekend💒🥂
I will do my best to take care of any urgent appointments, but Charlotte won't be answering messages until the 18th of November.
Charlotte is now completely fully booked into the new year. I have one or two small gaps for appointments only around the Southport area!🐾

Due to our ever increasing wait list we have decided to open up a few more dates and times over the next few weeks👀🐾 Emma will only be taking on new customers around Southport and has some new availability in October and November (but please note we have NO appointments in December)
Charlotte will only have some new availability in October for a range of areas (NO availability for November or December)
We may only be able to offer a one off appointment but then would be more than happy to get your dog block booked from the new year🤞🎉
We would strongly encourage and recommend that all of our customers have their dates saved and check with us that they're block booked in 6 months intervals to avoid wait lists for appointments.

I have on my own for 5 years now and I have always tried to avoid using cancellation or flea fee/charges however, now having an employee, two vans and a lot more overheads with ever increasing cost of equipment it is something I am having to follow through with.
I hope everyone understands, as most things nowadays for hair, beauty, restaurant bookings/appointments you can't book without paying in full or at least a deposit which will cover/go toward any potential loss of earnings.

Me and Nova got chatting to Hillary a few weeks ago and I am so glad we got to cross paths! This is a heart felt, funny book from the mind of a curious hungry cocker who loved meeting new friends in Scotland and then ventured to Southport! It's an easy soul warming read for any dog lover and a beautiful memoir for Caddy now he has passed away!
