🐈⬛❣️HANDSOME OLDER BOY OATS IS READY TO GO HOME 🏡🐾
Adorable little man Oats 🌾 is 7-years old and looking for his forever home. He came to us via a local vet, where he had been admitted with a large facial wound. He came to us to recuperate and is now fit and well, with only a minuscule patch of missing fur to attest to his scuff.
Oats was very shy when he first came to us and hid away for a few days. He has since blossomed into an absolute sweetie, who lives for mealtimes 🍲, loves to play 🎾 and likes to sunbathe 😎
Oats is an energetic, inquisitive and playful boy….late-night zoomies are definitely his speciality 😹. He adores company but isn't really a lap-cat, preferring to nap on his own chair. He loves head scratches though and will reward the giver with very firm head bumps and equally firm affectionate nibbles . He also likes to follow his fosterers around and weave himself between their legs, so care needed that he does not trip his adopter up!
Oats isn’t a very vocal boy, in that he doesn't purr much and his few miaows come out as quiet little hoarse squeaks - which are really cute 😽
Oats can be shy with visitors and is wary of sudden loud noises. He needs a quiet home, with any children being aged 13-years+, as he can give affection nibbles. As he also likes to weave himself around legs, he would likely be a trip hazard for older or less mobile people. He also needs a pet- free home, where he could have safe outdoor access, once settled in his new abode.
Oats is in foster in Skelmersdale and has been neutered, chipped, parasite treated and is fully vaccinated. His fosterers are happy to have meet and greets for him……on the understanding that he may hide away! If interested in adopting him, please call us on 07952017696 and leave a voicemail. Adoption fee and vetting applies.
