These 3 beauties always come in together and we have learnt there likes and dislikes, bambi in the middle I call her my velcro dog she enjoys sitting on my knee, in the bed or in a crate with her pals but definitely not on her own 😊❤️

We some times groom them whilst one of the others is sat next to her on the table, which she is much happier with, along as these 3 get love attention and cuddles through out their groom then they are happy and so are we xx

Woody is one of the most photogenic dogs we groom and he is so complient with the whole grooming process which enables us to give him that perfect round fluffy look and he comes in every 5-6 weeks regularly ❤️

I wouldn't say he enjoys being bathed dried after his bath and he does come in a little stressy but he is comfortable being groomed and goes home happy

We learnt that woody does not like being picked up and will scramble, he is happy in a crate and feels safer there then left to roam but we will put him in a bottom crate as he doesn't like the top one 😁

Learn to know your clients dogs and they will appreciate it and you ❤️

Some of ours clients do not like a crate full stop so therefore these ones are left to walk around or placed behind a baby gate, it's all about knowing your dogs and reading there body language and behaviour it's so important and follows on from my other posts xx

Addie is a little princess from Romania who we absolutely adore and she loves to sit on the throw ❤️

Her mum and dad say "she loves coming in here, it's the only place she runs into" 😊

Although this is very sweet and makes you feel very happy that a dog actually WANTS to come in pls don't be disheartened if your dog does not want to come in, most dogs don't. There is a fair few that love coming in to see us,paddy is another one who runs in happy as Larry but the mojority don't, they actually like seeing us but they don't exactly love being groomed. Some don't mind, some are anxious, some hate but pls be rest assured we have over 15 years experience and it's about reading dogs, the behaviour, there dislikes, there quarms which we are very capable of doing.

Sticking with the same salon where ever you may go ensures that your dog is known by us and we will know every inch of them and all there likes and dislikes and this is so important, we will see change in your dog that even your vet most likely won't pick up on as we spend time on every inch of your dog, your dog doesn't necasary need to stick to one groomer as we all discuss and talk and we all know every single regular that comes to us 😊

My own personal dog does not like coming into salon at all so if your dog turns away at the front door, it isnt that your dog dislikes us, it could be numerous things:

A dog barked last time that your dog disliked.
Your dog just doesn't like getting bathed.
Your dog doesn't like being clipped short as last time was matted.
You brought your dog in car and your usually walk.
You felt anxious dropping your dog off.

Every little thing that you may not think about, your dog might be thinking about, so again it's about trust and you can trust that we will always do what's best for your dog and we always be truthful and honest ❤️

This little floof came in with matted ears, face and tail,his body had no Matts, we have some of the best products and where able to de matt these areas safely and without causing discomfort and there is an extra charge for this. We are definitely NOT an advocate for de matting and it will only be done in small areas if it is doable and pain free, fully matted dogs or where it is too tight or uncomfortable for the dog, WILL be fully clipped off. Comfort before vanity always 🙌 😊
