As autumn rolls around, you may think home growing season is coming to an end. But growing with hydroponics means you can grow all year round!

Here are our 3 top tips for hydroponics at home:
🌱 Make sure your plants get plenty of light everyday. Put your hydroponics kit in a sunny spot or invest in a growing light to help your plants thrive!
🌱 Learn your nutrient levels. You can buy nutrient solution in liquid or powder form and different crops need a different nutrient recipe so be sure to do your research first!
🌱 Make it easy on yourself - start with live seedlings. We recommend starting from a live plant instead of trying to use seeds for your first grow, saves the hassle of germination!

The term food insecurity is defined as 'the state of being without reliable access to a sufficient quantity of affordable, nutritious food'. In other words, it means that you don't have regular access to affordable food that is good for you. And we believe that everyone should have access to fresh healthy food.
