‼️Unfortunately we have had an incident today with a customer whose behaviour was not acceptable. We are thankful for our amazing customer base and how respectful all of you are. We just have to state that if money is thrown at our staff or you decide you are going to start to shout or swear at our staff we will no longer be able to have you in the shop. We will not accept that behaviour and will not be able to have you as a customer any more if you come into our shop and behave in this manor.‼️

We’re expecting a bad review over price from this customer, we quoted between £40-£50 and customer was not happy that we had charged £50 and said we have quoted £40 (which we would not of because we had not seen the dog) We wish this customer all the best in finding a new groomer, the dog was amazing and it is an unfortunate situation.
