Sorry for any inconvenience we caused today having to reschedule a few dogs as a member of staff was sick and thank you to those customers who were very understanding. Lucky enough I managed to get help and was able to put all the dogs back in the same day apart for 2 who we wont be grooming again. Being rude to my staff won't be tolerated somethings can't be helped and occasionally we might need to rearrange appointments the same as customers have to sometimes, but please all remember the staff are only doing there jobs please be kind or go elsewhere thank you all
