I collected my dog from Lord Sefton Boarding Kennels on Saturday 7th October. Major had been at the kennels for 5 months whilst I moved house. The only reason for my move was to give him a permanent home. I had rescued him out of a ditch on the Hightown Bends after he had been abandoned by his previous owner.
Terry, Justin, Sav and Kyle have been absolutely fantastic. Major was extremely difficult to handle initially as he was severely traumatised. They were able to befriend him remarkably quickly due to their considerable experience and expertise. The bond which has developed over the months is quite staggering and has resulted in a marked change in Major's behaviour. He is much calmer now and is able to cope far better with the outside world. I can never thank the staff enough for the kindness which they have shown. Their dedication to duty is outstanding.

Due to temperatures rising so hot last year in the kennels we have now installed air conditioning for the summer and it also does hot air for the winter time.

We are more concerned about the dogs so we have invested a lot of money into this system so we now have 6 air conditioning units this will keep the dogs really cool and not stressed out.
