Crickey - the weather forecast yesterday suggested 22 degrees and 25 degrees by 1.30pm this afternoon. This is what we actually have. Walkies cancelled for the rest of the afternoon and home checks offered to those who need it.

I will always prioritise your dogs health over anything else!

Take care of your pooches today, lots of water, cool mats, wet towels for them to lay on, or even just keeping them a little wet to keep cool today.

It’s tough for us, imagine wearing a fur coat in this heat!🥵

A couple of the new pawfetch members haven’t had a formal introduction- Mason is now a big brother to Monty and we have another adorable boy who has been enjoying walks for a few months called Barney - give him a ball or a stick and he’s one happy chap!

I just want to say a huge thank you to my clients today after an issue outside of my control forced me to have to cancel my walks at such short notice. I am touched how understanding you have all been and for the lovely caring messages. I’m so lucky to have such brilliant clients and pooches and know it even more so on days like today!

I will respond to you all asap but for now I’m going to try and get some rest.

A polite note - my out of office is now on and messages / emails etc won’t be responded to until Monday 12th June. This is a one off for my wedding and honeymoon - I don’t usually have such long holidays!

Everyone, meet the loopiest dog I walk... this is my dog Poppy. She is now almost 4 and refusing to settle down. Puppy poppy for life! I wouldn’t have it any other way 😂🐶
