We are part of the PDSA PetAid Scheme, providing pre-registered, eligible clients with subsidised veterinary care , and we work closely with the local branches o

Update for our local clients from Welsh Water on the water situation:

There are now bottled water stations open at:

Zip World Conwy, LL32 8QE
Parc Eirias LL29 7SP

Bottled water is available for drinking purposes.

There are static tanks for customers to bring their own containers to fill up. This water should only be used for flushing.

We are open today (Friday 17th January), but only for emergencies please, due to the lack of water supply. In an emergency, please phone us on 01492 877049 before coming down with your pet. Clients with routine appointments booked today will be contacted by us to reschedule.

I'm surprised we even got a clear photo of Mabli!

She come to see the nurse for her 2nd part of her vaccination course the other day. And boy was she a live wire!!! She loved the liver paste whilst she was having her injection tho' and happily took extra treats, in true labrador style!

Meet Ollie!
He came in a couple weeks ago for a dental. 🦷 His owner had noticed smelly breath and a tooth had fallen out. On examination he had severe dental disease (warning - see pics) Pets are very good at hiding pain and discomfort and dental disease is a slow progression that can often go unnoticed at home. This resulted in a full mouth extraction for Ollie.

His owner reports tho' that he has a new lease of life! And is coping very well with his new healed gums. He has more energy than he did before his dental and his owners have said he loves to run around with his doggy friends. Well done Ollie, you've been a brave boy and a fab patient.
