Just a reminder of our policy of not attending appointments.
I know life is busy, things crop up etc emergencies happen, I'm not an ogre and try to help as best I can with the resources I have. I don't like doing this but it's becoming more regular at present, I do believe that fellow groomers are having to do this too and some not allowing follow on appointments.
