Ahhh another visit from the little puppy Gruff 🥹 He had his full groom big boy cut today ✂️ The final stage of the puppy package and he’s such a ⭐️!! There are still areas we are improving on, but he’s now coming every 6-8 weeks for his regular pampers, he’ll be a pro in no time 🐶
His full groom included a style of choice (today was shorter all over and a small trim of the face as we are growing out his face a little more to eventually get a full Westie face), bath with banana facial, dry, hygiene trim and nail clipping 🐾

Little puppy Gruff came for his 2nd day of his puppy pamper package, which is a bath, dry, nails and a small face trim 🐶 He’s becoming such a good boy and will be amazing pro for his first big boy groom in a couple of weeks 🐾

Puppy Package Day 1 🤩
Little Gruff the Puppy Westie is only 12 weeks old 🥹 A perfect age to start getting him use to the grooming process, especially as a breed who’ll need regular grooms 🐾
Today was a small 30 minute introduction to the grooming salon, meeting me, talking to mum and dad about how they’re hoping to have him styled, listening to all these new sounds such as the dryer, clippers, bath water etc. (and some bribery with treats).
He was such a brave boy with all these new sounds (especially the dryer, he loved it and wanted to just lie down). He was a bit worried with the clipper sound to start off with but soon settled (this only took 5 minutes!!).
His day 2 session is next week, which is a bath & dry. If he’s a good boy and not too stressed/overwhelemed, I’ll also do a small hygiene trim, trim around the eyes and nail clipping.
Day 3 is the following week including bath, dry and his full groom 🤩

Wish I had a video of how Dodge was at his first grooming session with me. He’s improved massively. He use to scream, nibble, jump around and scratch me like mad 😱 He hated the dryer and being brushed also. But look at him now 🤩 He sits so still and lets me dry his face (which he hated the most)! There’s still room for improvement when it comes to trimming and clipping his legs, but he’s so so so much better now🥹🐾
