A year ago today we were filmed by ITV Coast & Country ...
What an experience this was working with an incredible crew passionate about Wales and farming. A Film crew right here in BYNEA!! That put us on the map ey Carmarthenshire 😆
We are so proud of our little farm and our children for sharing what they do.
We aren't a 'big' business making huge profits like some... that's not the vision. We started our journey when a dad living near knew I was Social Worker and asked me to help save his child with my skills and training incorporating working with the animals ...of course I'd help. It was a success story and that family will forever be in my heart 💗
Moving forward from then, almost 3 years ago Phil and I are supporting children and adults all over the community. Working with Schools, Education provisions, Care Homes, Looked After Children, Public, Holistic events .. all to support your well-being. We open a few hours a week, bookings only to make sure we can best support those in need.
We are just a little family opening our little farm wanting to make a difference in a drab old world by sharing our animals and home ❤️
We've had ups and downs.. and many times I've wanted to throw the towel in!! but your smile's, us being part of your journeys have only made our passion to work with animals and the community even stronger 💪
Animals really are the best healers! You've seen the magic they perform on us humans ✨ mental health, trauma, depression, anxiety, dementia.. the list goes on... they are our saviours.

A Sound Bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to NURTURE YOUR MIND AND BODY.
The class will include:
🌸 Guided breath work
🌸 Crystal Sound Bath using a variety of overtone-emitting chakra quartz singing bowls which will allow your brain waves to slow, shifting from a more active state to a more relaxed state, or even a dreamlike state. The goal of the experience is to invite deep rest and relaxation, and explore self-inquiry and self-discovery and positive wellbeing.
🌸 Reiki Healing and release work
🌸 Full Chakra cleanse
🌸 Positive Manifestation task with Reiki and fire to end the class.
You will need a yoga mat or chair, eye mask if you want total darkness and a blanket depending on how cold you get.
