*LAST MINUTE SALON CLOSURE*
Due to a family emergency early hours of this morning, we've had to close the salon for today.
We're in the middle of messaging today's clients to rearrange, but please bare with us! We're still sending out block bookings but with a family member being unwell this has taken priority over the last week, so messages/appointments are taking longer to send out.

Getting through the last of the block bookings, I always seem to forget how long this takes!

Don't worry I havent forgotten about you if you haven't had dates yet, only have 1 pair of hands and a lot of appointments to send out xx
*DELAY IN BLOCK BOOKINGS*
I am currently still trying to finish the block bookings for this year, which I hoped would've been completed by now.
Unfortunately, we've had to emergency Foster this beautiful boy and his sister which has taken up a lot of time this week so I'm still working my through appointments.

SALON CLOSED
The salon is currently closed until Monday 25th September for a well overdue few days off.
As most customers are aware, we are currently short staffed and I've been working 70 hour weeks to try and keep up with everyone that's booked in which has meant that messages haven't been kept on top of as well as I'd have wanted.
I will however be using this week to catch up on messages and appointments, so please bare with me while I get through the mountain of messages that I currently have.

DOG FOUND!
A small chihuahua type dog has been found wondering Denham Avenue. We have them safe with us
CANCELLATION POLICY
πΎ WEATHER WARNING πΎ
We have made the decision to close the salon at 11am tomorrow. It is simply just to dangerous for your dogs in the predicted heat... even with our air conditioning system.
I have messaged everyone regarding moving appointments.
If you feel you need to cancel any other appointments this week due to the heat please let us know as soon as possible. Also, if I feel your dog will struggle too much due to other factors such as health, weight, stress levels, etc then I WILL make the decision to postpone the appointment myself.
β οΈ Dogs ARE NOT to be walked to the salon. I WILL send them away. Heat stroke is a serious problem for dogs and walking them to us or any strenuous activities before will increase that risk.
Your pets safety is the most important thing, and we will not risk that.

Unfortunately the dreaded Covid has hit so we have had to postpone our return to work until Monday 10th Jan.
