Things like this are really unfair and very damaging to small businesses like us. This person is not a client of ours, we would have explained why we couldn’t book their dog, and made suggestions as to where they may have more luck. To leave a one star review for services they’ve not received is incredibly unfair. If you are the person who left this review I’d appreciate it if you could remove it. Thanks :)
