Happy new year to my amazing clients.. thankyou so much for the support through out 2023 & for all of my cards, gifts & tips. I hope you’ve all had the best Christmas & new years.
I will get all block booking appointments out asap.. there will be a slight delay as unfortunately I’ve lost my passport in Poland over new years so as soon as I’m home I will start to send them out ❤️🐾

🐾 The salon will be closed this week.
My beautiful monkey suddenly passed away on Friday 💔💔💔
I will contact everyone today to re arrange and get back to all other messages towards the end of the week.

Policy reminder

🐾 No shows/ cancellations under 24hrs will result in full payment required, payable before rebooking.

🐾 Please be on time for your appointment. Lateness over 15 mins will be classed as a missed appointment.

🐾 Bank transfers will need to be paid before collection. Please put your dogs name as the reference.

🐾 Please check for fleas. The salon has a no flea policy, if fleas are found you will need to collect your dog and will be charged £20.

🐾 Please ensure your dog has ample opportunity to go to the toilet before their appointment.
