After a whirlwind trip to Ireland, I think it's fair to say the owner is happy with her transformed dogs.
Previously these dogs barked in the car at literally everything and ran the fence lines at home.
Here they are behaving calmly in the car and walking calmly in the garden with their owner.

I had my play interrupted so that Carrie could video how focused I am.
I think there must have been things going on around me but who knows for sure?
After she put the frizbee away I did make an attempt to jump in the river but she stopped me because she didn't want my car crate to be wet. That's OK though because I covered it in mud instead.
I think she learned a valuable lesson.😂😂😂

I used to hate the feel of that silly thing under my feet but my love of food broadened my shoulders and made my paws less sensitive 😂😂

Good morning from Othello

We dogs know that the beginning of a walk is super interesting and we really want to go and sniff and scout around the environment.
However, Carrie is not up for me pulling on the lead (something about wanting her arms to be the same length) so every time the lead goes tight she stops walking. It's OK though because I just move back towards her and get some praise or a lovely treat. I recommend dried sprats myself but hold out for what suits your taste buds my friend. I used to try and wait her out with the lead really tight but then I realised that if I went back to her I got yummy food so it was a no brainer 🎉🎉 Tbh, as you can see from my face, I'm a bit disappointed that she didn't give me treats this time but I got over it and I soon got to play ball off lead.
On a different note, I have found that one person in the house can't put the lid back on the cat biscuits properly so I'm serving myself at the buffet whenever possible (that's between us of course 🤫)

Morning from Othello

I have to be honest and say that things have been a bit up and down with Carrie's training recently. We've all been a bit sad that Truffles has gone over the rainbow bridge. 🌈😢
However, complacency does not training do😉
So, in the interest of getting her focus back I've been adding in the odd bark at dogs on the TV and even at a dog who barked at me on a walk.
I'm pleased to say she's remembered where the treats are supposed to be (in my mouth 🎉🎉) and has reinstated some DMT.

Being able to read your dog's body language and behaviour is so important.
In this video Oberon was definitely not in the right mindset to be off lead so I popped him back on and carried on with our walk. 💜
