URGENT TOWEL APPEAL - FLOODING AT THE RESCUE CENTRE
Unfortunately we experienced some flooding in the horrendous downpour we had this afternoon ☹️
All the dogs are safe and dry and were quickly moved to the inside of their kennel with a tasty treat. But as the water subsides we need need to re-clean, dry and replace bedding in each kennels and are now running very low on towels espcially, and blankets.
If you are able to drop towels or blankets off at the center today or over the next few days we would be hugely grateful. We have a donation bin outside of reception and our gates will be open until 8pm today.
The centre address is Hope Rescue, Cynllan Lodge, Old Llanharry Rd, Llanharan, CF72 9NH.
Thank you from a very wet Hope team!
*PLEASE NOTE THE LANE TO THE CENTRE IS FLOODED IF COMING FROM LLANHARRY, THE LANE FROM LLANHARAN IS OK*

ARE YOU JOINING THE PEN Y FAN WALK ON SUNDAY? 🐾🥾
There’s still time to register before we make our way up Pen y Fan this Sunday, 21st April.
Meet our walk leader, Ian, in the short video below.

🐾 ADVENTURE DOG 🐾
Jinx enjoyed an offsite visit this week, although she wasn’t too sure on the waves! 🌊
This lovely girl arrived in our care severely underweight despite being heavily pregnant. She nursed her litter and watched them all go off to their new homes whilst she still waits for hers.
Sadly Jinx is not coping well in a kennel environment and we are desperate to find her a foster or forever home. 🥺

🐶 DAY 6 OF ROXY 🐶
Roxy (in pink 🩷 ) loves zoomie time, especially when there is a canine friend to join in with her!
Here she is helping teach new girl Chestnut how fun playtime can be.
Roxy wears a muzzle due to a high prey drive, it’s excellent practice for Roxy to wear her muzzle in a variety of situations so she associates it with fun times!
