Just to let all people know that the side roads and our track are lethal , so unless you have a 4x4 then do not risk coming up for lessons today. The town may look fine but we are still living in Narnia. Take care and stay safe x

We have some wonderful news. On behalf of Powys County Council we have been given some funding to host some horse care sessions in July, Aug and Sept. The sessions are for 13-18 year old. They do not have to be horse mad as these sessions are aimed and confidence building while caring for the horse and having fun .There are only 6 teenagers in each sessions so a lot of hands on experience .To book call 01686 413942

It all started with a pony and the rest is history!

This is how it all started. I met Paul at 17 and he said he liked horses! I had never had a boyfriend who liked horses, so I thought he was a keeper. Little did he know what was in store. Fast forward years later: marriage, children and move to Wales. Prince (pictured above) was the first to arrive for our pony-mad daughters and he’s still whizzing around today! When we opened Bradnant Equestrian Centre, we wanted to promote a unique style of riding, catering for all ages and abilities - children or adults. It’s not about plodding round the school but feeling that special magic. Everyone is taught using a combination of the classical seat and core strength, to respect and feel that bond with the horse, and thus create a partnership between horse and rider. It may not be instant, as it takes time, patience and hard work, but the reward and feeling is forever. So come and feel the magic!
