Good morning. I'm pleased to announce the launch of my web site. I've finished the design and it's up and running. Over the next few days, I'll be tweaking the pics and descriptions, but essentially, It's ready to go. You can make bookings, contact me directly, and see the extensive range of services I offer.

Set of 6 kitchen knives from £30
6 knives up to a maximum total blade length of 36". Minor edge damage repair included. For each additional inch over 36" please add £1 per inch. More severe damage will incur an additional charge. This service does not include bread knives.

Single kitchen knife from £6
Minor edge damage repair included. For each additional inch over 6" please add £1 per inch. More severe damage will incur an additional charge.

Price includes minor edge damage repair.

Pizza Cutter £6
Clean and re-sharpen of both sides of the wheel.

Tip Repointing £5
Regrinding of a new tip while retaining the edge profile.

a gorgeous 10" serrated knife, close to being thrown away. Underneath muck, there is beauty.. she is now sharp enough to cut frozen meat
