Meet Seraphimka!

He underwent a bilateral Femoral Head and Neck Excision (FHNE) by Chris from ProVetSurg to manage his bilateral capital physeal fractures. These fractures are typically seen in large, young adult male cats like Maine C***s, British Shorthairs, and Ragdolls.

Swipe to see Seraphimka getting some well-deserved cuddles from our nurse Lola as he begins his recovery. He’s loving the extra fuss and attention!

💕 Send your best wishes to Seraphimka as he heals and keep following for updates on his progress!

Edit - Found 9:37pm - 3.8miles away, hopping back and forth on grey car roofs 😂. The power of social media is crazy. Thank to Sarah, Dean, Ethan for finding her! And a huge shout out to every single person that shared! You guys are the absolute best!

If anyone knows anyone in the South West London area, please share with them!

A few hours ago, Mia was mobbed by a few very large and very territorial crows, these crows were even dive bombing Mikey when we were holding him.

Mia was chased out of the common.

Now this area is extremely tricky as it is heavily built up, there is a lot of loud traffic, a lot of hills, low flying planes, loud birds, and a few huge woodland areas (Wimbledon common and Richmond Park) close by

We have flown here many times for the last 5 years or so and this has never once happened here.

The chances that she stays close (1-2miles at max) are very high but back in 2021 she was chased out about 5miles away.

She will more than likely be sat in a tree or a roof, and isn’t too social unless she is desperate but unlike Mikey who will find friends and scream for ever, Mia usually will sit very quietly which isn’t helpful.

We live about 1.5hrs from here so the quicker we find her the better. We don’t want to sound rude but please keep our inboxes free for sightings only and not just to check up on us! Thank you!!!

We're excited to welcome a fantastic new member to our team, Dr. Kaye Gugich, a residency-trained internal medic! 🌟

Dr. Kaye comes to us with a rich background in referral cases and is eager to tackle the diverse and complex cases that first opinion practice offers.

It's been incredible having her on board, especially with her recent diagnosis of Muscular Dystrophy in a dog—a rarity with only the second instance noted in veterinary literature! Her expertise truly enhances our capabilities and brings great value to our clients and team.

Dr. Kaye is available for appointments and advanced procedures (like scopes and scans) on Mondays. If you have a medicine case you’d like to refer to her, please don’t hesitate to get in touch at [email protected] or visit our website for more details: https://petpeople.vet/pet-people-pro.

We look forward to seeing how she can help your pets thrive! 🐾✨

Big girl Boba came in weighing a whopping 76kg! 🐾

She underwent a laparoscopic spay and a lap-assisted gastropexy, procedures aimed at keeping her healthy and preventing GDV (gastric dilatation-volvulus).

We're happy to report that everything went smoothly, and she's resting comfortably now.
Here's to a speedy recovery for our gentle giant! 💪
