Some of you may know that when the XL Bully ban was announced, i joined a campaigning group called Don't Ban Me Licence Me to help fight it! BSL is NOT the answer to dangerous dogs! Yesterday, we had a big win and were granted permission to continue to the high courts for a judicial review of how the government implemented the ban! As a team we are over the moon, as an individual i could not be happier and as a dog mum of a dog that falls under 'type' my heart is bursting 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Desensitising dogs to a muzzle is so important! Not only should your dog be muzzle trained, but your dog should also be okay with other dogs wearing a muzzle! Especially in todays society where a lot more dogs are having to wear muzzles, out of no fault of their own. ❤️

Banning a ‘breed’ will not solve the bigger issue of irresponsible ownership and breeding in the UK. It will not stop dog attacks.

A government petition to repeal the ban with over 500,000 signatures shows that the public agrees.

The RSPCA, Blue Cross, Battersea, Dogs Trust, Hope Rescue, Scottish SPCA, The Kennel Club, and British Veterinary Association are all urging the Government to consider an alternative.

Licensing dogs and breeders is a proven model for success, with stronger penalties for those who do not comply.

Let XL bully owners ‘lead the way’ and be at the heart of a change in legislation.

Work with us, not against us.

What has happened with the XL Bully has been so heartbreaking and disappointing.

The wider issue of dog aggression, unethical breeders, and poor dog ownership is, once again, ignored by the government.

Banning the XL bully will not fix the root issue. The shocking dog attacks that have taken place are just symptoms, not the issue.
