Yesterday I had a visit from a newbie called Bella, she was an absolute angel a little nervous to begin with but was a real tropper after she settled.

I absolutely fell in love with her yesterday, I mean just look at her 😍 isn't she just a beauty, pictures do not really do her justice, in person she's small bless her but absolutely gorgeous.

So greatful to of had the opportunity to meet and groom her 🥰💕

Hi everyone,

I hope you've all had a lovely Christmas 🎄🎅

I just wanted to post a quick update about a few changes for the new year ☺️

Over the next few days, I will be posting some new policies. These will be in place from Monday 1st January 2024 and new contracts/agreements will be given.

• Cancellation policy
• A £15 deposit will be required at the time of booking. However, this will not be returned if the booking is cancelled without 48 hours notice being given. Although if you reschedule within the 48 hours then the deposit will be kept for the next appointment.
• Additional charges (fleas, matting, etc.)
• New Bank details

I am sure many of you can appreciate that being self-employed can be difficult at times, so I have put the above in place to not only give myself some security but my customers too.

I thank you for your understanding, and I hope to continue to work with you to make your fur babies feel pampered and look fabulous 🥰

I'd also like to take this opportunity to wish everyone a happy new year 🥳🎉
