Any of my clients interested in re-homing a 4year old Border Collie? You would need to be experienced with this breed as he would need some work put in as he’s never been walked & for a while now they are keeping him in the utility. Pets are family. Their abduction a traumatic experience. Despite this, stolen pets are regarded as personal property, with sentences dependent on monetary value. The Government should recognise the emotional & welfare impacts this crime has on people & pets by introducing a 'pet abduction' offence.
