As you can imagine the messages and trolling on this is intensive

My last accusation is I hid evidence by having the dog cremated fast before evidence could be obtained
by the nice Amy

Who hasn't understood the vet spoke to owners invited them to come see Bear they failed to turn up and asked for his report and ashes

Every opportunity was given to owners to come see vet and Bear take him to any vet of their choosing for a 2nd opinion
And or home burial

That option they refused
They then complained that the cremation was taking too long

So I ASK HOW DID I COVER UP ANYTHING when it took over 2 weeks to arrange a cremation and vet had Bear in storage

Some people reacted today fast and furious
And it wasn't your dog

Now I want you to see the logic in owners waiting 6 months after thanking me for trying to save his life to end my business on Facebook

So it's court I have to go to to prove I did everything I could and there was no neglect

Siezures happened I tried different things 1st aid and rushed him to the vet as anyone would expect of me.

There was no neglect

Just a tragic passing of a beautiful dog and a family member
I am accutley aware of taking responsibility as he was in my care, but I did not harm him, or neglect him. Therefore I did nothing to cause his death. So you call me inhumane bastard all you want. I know I did not cause his passing and as some have said karma will find me, but apparently. Not before the non logic thinking trolls.

My legal team will deal. With this.
I did notify them back in July that they might have to represent me over coming weeks

So 6 months may be a shock to them too

I am truly sorry the family lost Bear, It took a vet nurse to try to calm me
to make the call to owners, we cried together

But this tonight has shocked me, trolls bringing my children into arguments. So I am determined to clear my name even if I never work again.

Back in July a gsd Bear had a seizure and after getting help he passed away in my arms.
The vet invited the owner to come visit Bear and discuss what caused his passing, they never arrived so I called them as vet wanted to know what they wanted to do

He offered storage and report for home funeral
Or a cremation service

She opted for cremation
(now states I did it fast thats not true)
2 weeks it took to organise the cremation with vet and tanatorio

It then took some time to arrange a nice box and return ashes with a full report from vet to owner in August

I paid all costs as I said I would
My last words with owner after all parties being upset, once you have the report we can discuss it further. Months have passed with no contact but today a slurring has occurred that says untruths like the dog was in a urine soaked cage for 5 days totally untrue

Says Bear was with me on van for 5 days not true I took Bear to residence Sunday night till Monday when I collected him as my other work was in Murcia Region and Torrevieja she was quesada

The other untruths he was neglected
When she knew he was walked and given his food including packs of ham and tins of corned beef they packed for him

Once I explained the sequence of events she thanked me for trying my best to save him

I did all I could for Bear sometimes dogs have anxiety separation or stress from. Travel hot summer months did not help but I do have a fully ventilated air conditioned van with multi layer insulation and no other dog showed any signs of stress and all handovers went well including pre booked return with XL dogs aboard

So although I do feel responsible for Bear he was in my care after all

I could not of treated him any better there was no neglect of any sort
He was one of 13 dogs UK Spain.

My understanding after speaking to vet led. Me to believe somethings are out of my control and as hard as it is to live with, I had to go on.

This 6 month time lapse never asked for my insurance details etc or pursued me for anything
I believed time was becoming a healer slowly. I did promise a family friend who called me I would find them a rescue dog when the time was right for the family.

So now I've asked her to. Publish the vet report I've never seen. and to stop the embellishments of story including claimed neglect that is not proven by anyone.

He was fed watered walked and cared for and she knows it
But it doesn't change the fact he passed after seizures. The family and I was devastated.

But this witch hunt of fb warriors is not called for

So for now I ask vet report to be published by owner let all who read it judge me if that's what they wish to do

And those that know me
Understand I would never CAUSE the death of a dog in my care.

Arrived at Port on time got through freight check in rapid due to the appalling weather

So now we wait to board
30 to 40 min delay on crossings same weather reasons.

Dogs are happy tried a walk but got pulled back in van by Mona she was having none of that heavy rain stuff 🤣

Update on travel last dog stop completed all are settled with water and a few sausages till breakfast tomorrow

Violent winds across Spain from Valencia to irun then heading to Bordeaux Thunderstorms

So we've lost about 10 mph on average

So Bordeaux I can make but Not Angouleme before sleep

Update on Travel we are under 3 hours from Border so should get beyond Bordeaux tonight before sleep at 1am

Dogs are doing fine we had 3 stops today
Big dogs taking their time to have a wee

More updates tomorrow and live tracking sent to new owners

But it was the birds of prey display that attracted me

I have a defra inspection this morning, on new van via Logistics UK FTA.
Once done I will be getting organised to set off for Spain, with collections on route to port.

10 from Ireland 4 from England now in Spain

Returning to UK

2 at base on arrival
3 sevilla
4 los gallardos
1 murcia
1 Villajoysa
1 Madrid North on way out of Spain a pet

3 Rescues postponed not ready and
1 cat flu needs time to recover and get well
2 never got organised in time to travel

So now I await traces
And vet sign offs and the test of the afternoon off

To prepare customs agents docs and pay the import duties.

Telly shave and a good scrub 🤣

Collections and Deliveries UK to Spain

Carlisle Ireland Wales to Lincoln was 22 hours

Spalding Essex Tunbridge Dover 5 hours

Crossing to Tours 8 hours need to Sleep tonight a full 5 hours if dogs allow me 🤣

14 hours on road today still heading north to Scotland when I got a flat tyre so puncture foam got me off M6

just hoping it stays inflated before carrying on via tyre shop in morning
