Polite request.
Please make sure your flea and worm treatment is up to date. Failure to inform me that your dog may have fleas will lead to me having to cancel any appointments after your dog in order to thoroughly clean my van to ensure I don't pass them onto sny other clients.
This will incur a charge of £15 to cover the cost of the specialist products needed to deep clean.

If when booking your dog in you know it has matting please tell me at the time of booking as I will need extra time with your baby and it will stop me running over and being late for my next client.

⭐️ UPDATE ON XL BULLY BREEDS ⭐️

I am proud to stand with owners of all dog breeds, including XL Bully breeds. I do not agree with the recent ban and wish to continue to provide grooming services to beautiful squishy bully clients. I have there for changed my insurance company to ensure I am fully covered to continue to groom XL Bully types.

I will be able to groom an XL Bully Dog on the following basis:
1. The dog is registered with the index of exempted dog (IED) and a copy of the life certificate is obtained and provided to me in the event of a claim.
2. A copy of the public liability insurance certificate for the dog is obtained and provided to me in the event of a claim.
3. The dog handler ratio is 1:1 with their handler at all times
4. The dog is Neutered – in line with Government Rules
5. The dog is Micro Chipped
6. The dog is kept on a lead and muzzled at all times when arriving at my vehicle
7. The dog is treated on your private property and is secured and cannot escape -

Usual t&c’s apply as with any breed of dog with regards to temperament and behaviour.

Congratulations to all the little riders who took part in today's show Maya's Little Unicorn Charity Show in memory of Maya who was very sadly lost to Meningitis. You all looked amazing and did soo well! It was my honor to be able to sponsor a class today. 😘 I hope we raised lost of money to this very worthy cause x

Little glow up for this little cutie this week! After completing several puppy introduction grooms he was finally ready for his first big boy haircut taking it all in his stride and being super confident in what was happening.💞💞💞💞

As of the 1st September I will no longer be offering weekend appointments due to changes in childcare. Those that regularly have Saturdays I will do my best to find another suitable time and day.
