‼️ ‼️ Cancellation Policy ‼️

Just a wee reminder of my cancellation policy. Having experienced an increase in no shows and there being such a demand for grooming appointments with the better weather arriving 😎

Carnaby K9 Cuts requires a minimum of 48 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment. This will ensure no charge is incurred.

- Failure to offer at least 24 hours notice may result in a charge equivalent to half the cost of the groom.

- Failure to turn up will be charged at the cost of the full groom.

- This will be required to be paid prior to the next grooming appointment.

- Giving advanced notice gives me the chance to swap the appointment for you or allocate it to someone else.

I fully understand that situations arise and will always try my very best to accommodate where l can.

It’s been a really hard week in the dog shed. We lost our beautiful boy Archie 💔 l will be forever grateful for the 9 years l got to be his mum. I would like to thank all my customer’s who trust me to groom their dogs. Doing what l love so much has really helped me through. 🌈

Teddy was a ⭐️ for his first groom. Lots of treats, cuddles and encouragement to make his first visit a positive experience. Teddy had been introduced nice and early to the grooming process and his confidence will grow with each visit. This is the best way to start your puppies grooming journey 🐾💙🐾
