❤️ LOCKDOWN LETTER FROM YOUR DOG

Dear Hoomans

I have noticed over the past couple of weeks you have been staying in my home for extended periods of time. It is lovely having you here but I feel I should set a few ground rules. I would appreciate it if you would follow the rules whilst you are staying with me.

1. When you do pop out you will need to take me with you.

2. You seem to be eating lots of nice goodies whilst lazing about the house. I am entitled to a share of these. I won’t make a fuss I will just sit in front of you and quietly stare at you until I get my quota.

3. Don’t call me for another bath, I am clean now. Just because you are bored doesn’t mean I need a wash or haircut. I suggest you go clean the metal box on wheels outside again. Daddy human has done that a few times now even though it hasn’t moved in weeks.

4. As you are here constantly at the moment, it is your duty to let me out as often as I require. That means that even if I have just come in and want to go out again you should let me. Sometimes I miss a spot whilst sniffing about and I need to recheck.

5. When I am asleep, leave me sleeping, this isn’t a cue for the little humans to play with me. I can also sleep where I like, I don’t expect to be woken so you can move me.

6. Do not shhhh me when I am barking. As you are here more, my job of protecting you has increased. I have to listen out for every little noise and inform you of it in case it’s a threat.

7. Don’t leave a room without me, I know how sneaky you guys can be. Just the other day I am sure I heard a crisp packet being opened upstairs and no one called me to share. So from now on I will be following you about.

8. This is a very important rule. If it lands on the floor it’s MINE, if it’s in my mouth it’s MINE.

9. You will never p*e alone again, you watch me p*e so I do not understand why you shut me out and close the loo door when you p*e.

10. If you do not follow these rules I will use SAD PUPPY DOG EYES TO GET WHAT I WANT !! 🐶🐶

why CSJ? Our Story
We are the proud owners of 2 beautiful rescue Akitas. We got Eddie when he was 18 months old and was returned to an Akita breeder as his owner was sadly emigrating abroad and could not take him with him on his travels. We did not know about CSJ then and we were spending a great deal of money monthly purchasing not such high quality dog food. On holiday 3 months later in Cornwall driving home with Eddie from our Christmas break, we went onto our Akita charity website and discovered they had their first unwanted Akita puppy - it was 10 am on January 1st! We discovered that we were literally only 17 miles away from where this puppy was and so we drove to the address on behalf of the Akita charity to rescue this gorgeous puppy. We agreed to foster her until a new owner could be found. However, over the next few days and weeks we fell in love with Lexi our new little foster puppy. She was cute, friendly and she fell in love with our big bear Eddie and vice versa. He was showing her the ropes of how to be a good Akita! We really wanted to adopt her too, but we were worried about the costs associated with having two dogs, and so in our efforts to make this happen, we started researching good quality affordable dog food. Luckily, we found the premium CSJ brand, which was not only significantly cheaper in price, but much better quality than the dog food we had been buying.
It meant we were able to adopt Lexi, as we could afford to feed them both within our monthly budget! We also knew that the food was excellent quality, no preservatives or artificial colours and our dogs not only loved it but thrived on it.
Initially we had a lovely local supplier who stocked the food, but then she decided to pursue a different career and it was then we made the decision to become stockists ourselves: we believed in the quality of the food, the price was significantly cheaper than most supermarket/branded dog food and our dogs loved it. We have since supplied a range of CSJ food to various dog owners including other Akita owners, staffies, german shepherds, labradors, pugs and many other breeds who are loving the range of food too.
The great thing about this food is that there is a range of different options, all natural, which caters from puppies right through to senior dogs: there are even wheat and gluten free options in addition to a range of herb supplements which work hard to improve the health and vitality of your dogs- again no additives, no synthetic additions - all 100% natural herbs known for their beneficial properties, as well as healthy natural treats. CSJ really is at the heart of canine nutrition.
