DOG GROOMER/ DRIVER

H&H Dog Training is looking for a dog groomer with experience or currently studying to become one. Full UK license is a must!
We are looking to expand our well established mobile dog grooming business .
You would be grooming and driving in and around North West London. Van is big, so its important that you are confident driver.
This is a well paid long term employment and you will be paid on commission, 55% from each grooming. Normally £500/600 per week
We will provide all necessary equipment, and if you are able to fill van with water and plug in to electricity, you are welcome to keep the at your location.
We are currently operating Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, however we are flexible and can arrange and tailor time around you if necessary .

7 months ago, the professional dog walkers of Hampstead Heath found out, by a newspaper article, that new commercial dog walking licenses were going to be introduced. This came as a huge shock to us all, as not one company had been directly contacted, spoken to or questioned over this new scheme.

7 months on, only 1 successful meeting later, professional dog walkers are still in the dark with what is happening with this licensing scheme. The proposed restrictions will put companies out of business, they will stop the public from getting their dogs walked locally & will lose people their jobs. At a time when unemployment is so high & dog ownership has risen greatly, this scheme is extremely out of touch with the reality of what is needed.

The HPDWA () has done its best to communicate with The City of London. We have asked for meetings & shared ideas to help make the license scheme work for dog walkers, public & Hampstead Heath, but at this stage, apart from a greatly appreciated delay, we have not been met with much help.
