This week’s is no other than the charming Freddie, our star client and cockerpoo connoisseur of fine toys! Every time Freddie struts through our doors with his pawrents, the excitement is real. If his pawrents pop by solo? You can bet they’re on a mission to pick up Freddie-approved goodies! 💼🐾

Freddie has a serious love affair with our adorable baby octopus toys. And guess what? He just completed his entire rainbow collection! 🌈🐙 His latest addition? A cute lilac octopus that’s become his new BFF. When it comes to these baby octopuses, Freddie is obsessed—they barely leave his sight, unless it’s washing machine time… and we all know he doesn’t part with them without some serious convincing! 🧼😂

Now that he’s got every colour of the baby octopus, who knows? Freddie might just start eyeing the Daddy Octopus or maybe even the Big Daddy Octopus. But hey, let’s take it one toy at a time, right Freddie? 😜

🐾🌟 NEW PUPPY ALERT! 🌟🐾

Look who made his grand debut at our store! A tiny, wriggly, ridiculously cute dachshund pup who’s so fresh, he doesn’t even have a name yet (I did suggest my own name, but they didn’t bite…go figure!).

This little low-rider and his awesome pawrents popped in to grab all the essentials for his big new adventure in life! 🥰

This lil’ sausage strolled out with: A dapper new jumper to keep that belly warm (those dachshund tummies are closer to the ground, after all 😉) 🍖 The best yummy puppy treats that he tried very hard not to nibble on right away 🧸 And the cutest bundle of toys (yes, including a Trump dog toy – we all know who that was really for 😉😂)

With those big, hopeful eyes, extra-long nose, and a tail that wiggles faster than you can say “who’s a good boy?” – he was a TOTAL heart-melter! 🥺❤️ We’re already counting down the days to seeing him again (with his new name!) and watching him grow into all that big personality.

🐾 VIP Customer Alert! Meet Tom the Cockerpoo! 🐾

We had the absolute pleasure of seeing one of our favourite (and most handsome!) customers, Tom! This shy heartthrob loves coming in with his mummy for a good sniff around. But this day was extra special because Tom was on a mission...for a brand new harness! 🎉

And what did his stylish little nose find? The fabulous harness! 🌈 Tom couldn’t get over how the colours popped against his gorgeous curls, and once he put it on? Ohhh, it was love at first strut! 😍 He was sashaying through the store like a little runway model – totally forgetting he even had it on thanks to how lightweight and comfy it was!

But wait, there’s more...Tom was SUCH a good boy that mummy couldn’t resist spoiling him with a few extra treats. Let’s just say there’s a delicious Arden Grange Turkey Paste with Tom’s name on it 🦃😋 – and a few new toys to keep that tail wagging!

Max has been a loyal visitor to our Balham store for a while now, and we always get excited when we see him (and his lovely hoomans too, of course! 💕). Max is a dog with exquisite taste—literally! He won’t settle for anything less than the best treats and chews. His favorite? Venison, but this fluffy connoisseur loves to mix it up with long-lasting chews, training treats, and a bit of sweet potato goodness.
