Thank you to everyone for all the support you've given Aldersbrook horses and ponies. The past couple of months, a lot of changes have taken place, and we are excited to announce Wanstead Community Riding Stables is now open for business.
Follow them for updates on your favourite horses and ponies, as well as some new faces.

As a precautionary measure this fireworks night, we’re not doing pony rides on Sunday 5th November. We’ll be back to our usual pony rides on Sunday 12th November 4pm-6pm with kast arrival at 5:45pm. The paddock is floodlit and we do them in all weather (just not whilst fireworks are going off!)
We’ll have staff on hand to keep the horses happy during firework night but please bear the horses in mind when setting off your fireworks if you’re close to the stables 🙂
Week 2 of our summer schedule kicks off on Tuesday with a river ride. There are still spaces up for grabs throughout the week so email [email protected] to book or for more information ☀️ 🐴
Don’t forget we’re doing pony rides tomorrow from 11am-1pm with last arrival at 12:45pm. £2/ lap or 3 laps for £5. No booking needed, just come to reception.

Our Easter activities are now available for booking 🐣 lots of fun over the 2 week school holidays. All activities EXCEPT Thursday pony rides require pre-booking. For the Thursdays pony rides simply turn up. Last arrival for pony rides is 15 minutes before the end time

Not only do our ponies love their big beds, both our yard cats also loves to take advantage when the ponies are out on a lesson or in the field to have a lil nap on the straw beds after catching the mouse 🐁.
Tomorrow morning our drops in’s will be limited to 4 ponies a session but don’t worry guys we’ve extended our session until 1pm! This is due to our ponies having a massage during the week and some of them needing a longer rest than others. On the 12th March are drop in’s will be back to normal
Unfortunately tonight we come bearing some bad news, our beloved Aero crossed the rainbow bridge 🌈 he’ll be missed by all the team and clients at Aldersbrook horses and ponies.

We are currently having problems with our card machine so we ask all our client to bring cash to pay for there lessons until further notice.

We have decided to cancel all our lesson tomorrow including drop in session and pony rides due to the school being unsafe for horses and clients.

We’ve made the decision to cancel tomorrow’s lessons. The lane is difficult to navigate and the ground is too hard for us to do much riding. We apologise for any disappointment or inconvenience this may cause.
We are also not teaching on 24th December but we are teaching on 31st. During the school holidays, we can also fit lessons in during the week should anyone wish to ride when the temperatures rise from Sunday onwards.

Looking for some fun activities for your children to do over the Christmas holidays 🎄then look no further here at Aldersbrook horses and ponies we have a wide range of activities going on throughout the holiday, so make sure to check them out 🙌

We’ve had a few enquiries if we will remain open during the winter and the answer is yes, we ride all weather.
During the colder months we offer a free hot chocolate to all our clients, we also have a spare room where you can get changed in to dryer clothes if you end up getting caught out in the rain 🌧

Looking for something fun to do with your children during half term 👀 here at Aldersbrook horses and ponies we have plenty of activities going on throughout half term.
Want to know what it feels like to ride without a saddle then why not book our ba****ck pony ride on Wednesday 26th at 11:30am.
Are you unable to take your children out for trick or treat as it falls on a school night then why not book them in for our Halloween parade, where you’ll get to dress up your own pony which is then followed by a parade round our neighbourhood.

Here at Aldersbrook horse and ponies we’d like to introduce you to our newest members of the team Mink and Vinnie.
Mink is for helping younger children who are slightly nervous get in to riding. Vinnie who is the smallest one of the two is for the children to groom and help build there confidence being around ponies on the ground.
Mink and Vinnie can’t wait to meet all there new friends.
