Sometimes it might not feel like funding flights is as impactful as helping the dogs off the trucks—but in reality, it’s even more vital. The more dogs we can fly home, the more we can rescue. Every flight clears space and gives another dog a chance at life.

We know it’s a big ask to raise funds for flights, but with the incredible number of supporters we have, there’s no reason we couldn’t be funding one flight a week.

It was Teddy Bear's 1 year gotcha day 2 days ago. 🥰🥳🐶

No, we did not forget but could not find his rescue video, which makes a big difference in our posts so you can see how far our kids have come. 🥺🤔🐾

Teddy was rescued by our friends Saving Harbin Dogs from a shelter with over 1000 dogs. 🥰🐶🐾 Teddy lived there in a barrel with his Teddy bear.

Now he has the best life any dog could wish for, spoilt rotten with holidays and cooked dinners & 2 sisters also from the meat trade. 🍖🥳🐶

Thank you Dawn Purnell & Andy for giving our kids the best life that they deserve. 💖🥰🐾

Looks like our little Maggie/Bambi is not leaving her foster mumma. 🙌💖🥰

Bambi was rescued from the side of the road in China where she had been run over. 😥💔🐾 She was also pregnant, and her babies had died.

She has always been a worry to us as she was always so skittish and nervous. 😟🥺🐕

Our friends Saving Harbin Dogs took her in for us whilst we found her a special foster mumma 🙏❤️😊 until her special furever home came along.

Well, here she is loving life in her new home with our lovely friend Mary-Jane 🧡🐾🥳

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Just a week in his new home & loving life 😍🥰💖.

Smiler, now Jack, was rescued from the meat trucks by rescuers in Beijing, who reached out to see if we could help 😊🐶🏡.

So here he is with his new family, who say he loves his walks, sleeps through the night in his bed, and has his favourite ball he carries around with him 🥳🐾💞.

This is what makes everything worth while . One happy pup 🐶 ❤️

We would like to introduce beautiful

Charlotte 💖🥰😍.

Charlotte was abandoned in an apartment in Shanghai, and the city pound had been called to collect her, but our amazing friends Saving Harbin Dogs stepped in before they got to her 😢🙏💖. If she was never claimed by an owner, she would have been brutally killed 😥💔🥺.
Charlotte was rushed to the vets suffering from pyometra 🥺💖🙏.

She is now fit and well and will be joining the GBOC family once we have raised funds and found an adopter or foster for when she lands 🥰😍💖.

Another of our babies, Blaize, rescued five years ago from the meat market in China.

We actually walked away, and one of the team wanted us to go back and pull him out.

Blaize had a sore on his back that we were told was from meat hooks.

Our vets in China saved his life, as we were at touch and go for a while.

Now living his best life with Louise Jayne & Karl.
Couldn't ask for better mumma & papa.
