Here are my top tips to keep your dog safe on wintery walks 🥶
1. Choose safe, familiar routes 👍
2. Keep your dog on a lead 🦮
3. Avoid slippery paths 🍂
4. Keep a torch in your pocket 🔦
5. Wash their paws from mud/salt after the walk 🚿

Movember is here and Isla wants in 💙

Movember is a month to focus on men's mental health which is something close to my heart.

Having spoken publicly about my own challenges through my book Meet Ella, I recognise how much my dogs have been there through my darkest times, helping me feel connected, loved, and unconditionally supported.

Mental health struggles can be overwhelming and isolating, but with the love of a pet or the support of friends, family, and community, we don’t have to go through it alone.

So, this Movember, let’s remember the strength in reaching out, connecting, and checking in on each other. Whether it’s a friend, family member, or even a four-legged friend — let’s be there for each other 🐾
