How are you all keeping cool in the heat?🔥 during the really hot days, we have been moving our walks 🐕🐾 to earlier hours, dipping into water, having healthy but tasty home made ice creams, grooming the dogs, siesta sessions 🤣and foraging blackberries! as we can see still plenty of enrichment fir the dogs, without compromising their wellbeing.

know I am extremely lucky to have such a beautiful group of dogs! 🐕❤🐾 makes it all easy when it comes to take pics and videos of them. Wishing you all, a fantastic and exciting weekend ahead!

Today, is the 7th Aniversary of "Furry Tails of Tooting"
I am still not sure why I came up with such a long name though!😅. Building a business can be hard, but to survive for 7 years is much harder!😜

I personally would like to thank my partner Simon Powell for helping me in this journey from day one. He is not only helping me with Admin, picking and dropping the dogs off, but he also has a full time job working with adults with additional needs.

Also, to thank "Mr Peanut" 🐕❤ my first ever doggy customer. Although he sadly passed away a few years ago, he will always be in our hearts.

Last but not least, to dedicate a "special" mention to
"Once" (Onthey) 🐕💖 our previous rescue dog. She sadly is no longer with us either, but a part of her, is carrying on living in every single dog we have the privilege to look after.

Another roll of happiness 🥰 this week not just from Mavis but from the other doggies 🐕🐾❤and ourselves too. After we recently renewed our Home Boarding License for another 3 years and been granted with 5⭐! by the Borough of Wandsworth.
We are all over the Moon 🌔. I can tell you it is hard work! as having a License, involves not only looking after the dogs to high standar but also lots of paper work, training, changes and money spent on our home and garden too 🤪

So we would like to say a big THANK YOU to all of our customers for your continuous support and trust in us. Your and your dogs are trully

Some of our regular dogs 🐕❤🐾 are currently on holidays with their families, and while the weather have been so hot for a few days, we have set up the splashing pool, and a new summer raised bed for other doggy rascals!

Plus, we have Rocket doing his training this morning on Tooting Common, as a goalkeeper 🥰🤣🐕 in case the England one, may need some help over the next few weeks!

When it comes to Fridays 😍🌞 there is nothing more satisfying than looking at these pics and videos, knowing that it pays off to develop trust with the dogs 🐕❤🐾 and of course with their owners too. We work on their recall on each and every single walk that we do with them. We trully believe that having a solid recall is one of the most important things as well of course, as having fun too!😊

This week I felt a sense of achievement💃👌after been able to complete some Dog Related Courses, as part of my CPD ( Continuous, professional development). A requirement as part of being a Dog 🐕 Licensed Business.
Being diagnosed dyslexic, sometimes also means, that I can get stucked on a subject easily, and it may take me a bit longer to finish a course.

To the dogs, has made no difference, and they have been the usual happy and mischief as ever! 🤣🥰🐕

We have had a bit of mixed weather this week, but I guess that's what the British weather is all about! 🤣
Despite some days, been more wet than others, all the doggies and myself, have enjoyed all our walks.
Plus, Spring is in the air, with all the birds singing and the pretty crocus flowers in bloom. 🌼🌼

Having just recently, came back from a week holidays in Spain 🥘🌞🏊‍♀️ I am now trying to make sure, that the doggies have not forgotten me! 🐕❤🐾

Lucky for me, they didn't! 🤗 and they all reported back to me, that my partner Simon was looking after them beautifully, 😍🥰 while I was away.

We did also received news from both Alfie, ( Cavalier King Charles Spaniel) and Rula (Border Collier).🐕🐶🧡♥️
They are both now, enjoying their new lifes and having an amazing time in Horsham and Perth!🏖 🌊

This morning, we collected Rocket 🐕 the Brittany Spaniel, to be boarding with us for a few days. 😍❤🐾.Then, we collected Ivy 🐶 ❤ the Golden Retriever to join us all together to the secure field in Chessington.

Shortly after we got back home, we dropped off Dolly, the Havanesse🐕❤ back to her place; after her 2 weeks of boarding with us. Now, just picked up some red beans and really sweet 😋 🍓 strawberries that we grown in our garden!

Shortly, I should try to make some time for
a nap too!🤣🤣

Alfie 🐕 one of our long regular customers and beautiful, gentle Cavalier King Charles; has moved out of London recently, with his loving family 🏡.
Oh Alfie boy 🐕 hope you know how much we all love you, and how much we all are going to miss you!!! 🙄❤❤. We can assure that we are going to make the best of your astonishing Airbnb £200 gift voucher from you and your family. We were blown away by your generosity!!

This week, has been indeed one with full and mixed emotions. ❤
First, the loss of Paul O'Grady, whose death was touched by so many of us.❤🐕💏.

Also today the 1st of April, would have been Mr Peanut's
15th Birthday. He was so much loved by everyone who met him, humans or not.🐕❤💏.
