‼️⛔️ NO SHOWS‼️🚫 I apologise for the rant …

It is a very sad situation when I have to make a post such as this but I feel it needs to be known that it is becoming more and more common that people are making appointments and even after our complimentary Text reminder they are still not a turning up for appointments! As you can imagine this is not only upsetting but financially crippling for a small business . For each No show leave us out of pocket and staff standing around doing nothing and still having to be paid . Some weeks the cost of no shows can be anywhere from £300-600 which we can Not keep letting happen , could you afford to loose this sort of income on a weekly basis ? We Can NOT!

Please note from Now on anyone who doesn’t turn up for their appointments will be charged the full price of the missed appointment before being able to re book with us again , repeat offenders will be removed from our Books .
We have always been fair but can no longer afford to keep accepting such disprespect for our time and service .
24hrs notice is required to cancel your appointment so we can at the very least attempt to fill the slot and not loose any income .
Please arrive on time for your appointment as lateness beyond 15 mins will also result in a charge and appointment being re scheduled .

We are so proud of Our Kris today , she attended the 1st grooming show of 2023 with the Handsome Dave the cocker spaniel in a huge class of 10 competitors from Uk and Europe and she placed 2nd ! To say we are pleased for her is an understatement, well done Kris Keep up the brilliant work you superstar ⭐️⭐️ 🥈 And not forgetting to Thank Daves Owner Becky who arrived at the crack of dawn to the salon for Kris to bath him and then travelled with Kris to bring Dave to the show early this Morning we are extremely grateful ⭐️⭐️❤️

Today we said good luck and fair well to our baby of the team Nellie May as she leaves us to go on Maternity leave and have some well earned rest before her beautiful Babg girl is born the beginning of January , we are going to Miss Nellie so so much she is the hardest working young lady you could ever wish to employ .. a few tears were had today 💕💕💕 we love you Nellie May 💕💕💕

What a great weekend For Le Chien … Both Kris and Cheryl went along to the Great British Groom off dog grooming competition in Coventry and both came home winners … Kris placed 3rd in a large gundog handstrip class with the very Beautiful young Dave the English Cocker spaniel he is just 15 months old and enjoyed every moment on the table and Cheryl Won her champions scissor class with Doris the Kerry blue terrier and then went on to Win Best in show 🥂🤩 we are thrilled and Proud to have brought home some beautiful Rosettes and trophy’s ! Kris we are so proud of you 🎉🎉🥂

Hi all , ok so I have some news and I don’t want you all to panic. As we have a plan in place for if this worst does happen so we can continue to provide you with the same service but basically our delightful landlords want to develop the parade in which my salon stands and on completion they want to have just 3 retail units ( there are currently 8 shops on our parade ) ! However for the rest of us we could be forced to leave for good and our local community will have to travel further afield for our services . All we ask if we are offered our premises bsck once the work is completed .

I’m so proud of one of youngest team members Nellie-May she has been a junior with us for a while but she has never had the confidence to complete a full groom of her own … Until Now !! she has developed a passion for Fox Terriers and just loves all things wire coated and today she did this gorgeous baby girl Eddi’s groom and to say I am proud of her is an understatement 🤩 well done girl you did great 👌🏼

Hello everyone,

We've been alerted of a dog barking non-stop last night around Hillcross/Bow Lane in Morden (apparently on the street not in a garden). If you live in the area and heard it, saw the dog or caught his image in your Ring or security cameras, please contacted me. We are trying to establish if it is Tommy or it is another dog.

Please be mindful he may also be sheltering in your garden, under overgrown shrubs, under or behind outbuildings. Just text or call me so we can safely rescue him.

Lastly, could I ask you to share his poster with your family, friends neighbours, street WhatsApp, etc. Unfortunately, even the new 'STILL MISSING' posters have been ripped out 😢 and we really feel like those Hogwarts owls replacing them all the time!

Tommy is still missing and was last seen around the green Lane area Worcester park end , please please keep an eye out for him and message the group or us @ le chien with any sightings and his owners will be there straight away , please DO NOT chase him as he will now be in survival mode and frightened , we just need eyes everywhere to bring him home 🙏🏻💚🍀

Good morning, everyone

We went back looking this morning at 5.30am, where he was last seen yesterday at 4.20pm. We walked in the woodland by the river and lanes. No luck!

We also talked to may dog walkers (wow! that was quite early) and put some posters at the river path entrances, so local people and those who do not use social media are also aware.

Please keep vigilant, in case he appears. Just call me straight away, as we have experienced people to settle him down and make sure won’t run away from us.

Also, if you see a nearby area that doesn’t have enough posters, please let me know.
