Tomyum soup
Tom : means SOUP or BOILED/COOKED
Yum : This word means mixing things together to achieve the flavour of sweetness, sour and spice. Typify a 'yum.'
Soup : .... is...soup... 🤨

However, the key ingredients to make tom yum includes lemongrass, galangal and kaffir lime for fragrance, chilli for spiciness, lemon juice or tamarind paste for sour flavours, palm sugar for sweetness and fish sauce for saltiness.

Hanwell carnival is London’s oldest independent free carnival, completely run by volunteers.

We will be celebrating its 120th year on Saturday the 15th of June 2019!
