The deer have been roaming freely in the park since 1637. You too can help them feel at home by...

▶️ Maintaining a distance of at least 50m

▶️ Keeping dogs away and on a short lead

▶️ Never attempting to feed the deer, there is an abundance of natural food in the parks

▶️ Using a long lens when taking photographs

▶️ Not waving or shouting if a deer advances towards you, instead you should back off slowly

Having a wonderful weekend of Yoga, hiking, foraging, a soundbath session and wild swimming. We also pre-read a book before the weekend and had a book club.

This was with an amazing and inspirational group of women from all aspects of life in the beautiful Sussex countryside.
