Autumn is our favourite season! It is packed full of human delights, like big and soft jumpers, pumpkin spice and spooky movies. 🍁🧡
Autumn also has lots of fun opportunities to enrich your dog’s life!
1) Stuff dry lea ves inside a toy, such as the remains of a well-loved soft toy.🧸
-Leaves are fantastic, environmentally friendly source crunchy, smelly and shreddable fun.🍂
2)Visit a dog-friendly apple orchard or pumpkin patch with the people loving pooch in your life.
-Be sure to call ahead for their rules for four-legged visitors.
3)Hide your dog’s favourite toy or chew in a pile of
leaves. 🍂🍁🍃
-This is a fantastic alternative for fetch fanatics!
You can use their ball, they can run, but! It’s more mentally stimulating, no abrupt stops, and low repetition. 🎾
4)The 1-2-3 pattern game isn’t just for loose-leash walking or dogs with Big Feelings!
It is also a wonderful way to capture photos of your dog looking at the camera.📸
-There isn’t need for a photographer. Thankfully beautiful fall foliage and the 1-2-3 game make beautiful photos doable on your own. 💕
5)Play with your dog in the leaves. -Run & jump through leaf piles. Throw armful of leaves into the air.
Sit and give your dog butt scratches. ❤️
