Grouse!! It’s been on the menu for a few weeks and may not be on much longer but we still have plenty at the moment.

The king of game birds is served here with a ragu of hearts livers and legs on toast, bread sauce, cep puree, port sauce. (&watercress)

Probably London’s cheapest grouse at £30 because I love you all.
