Join us for a tail-wagging good time filled with furry friends, exciting competitions, and a paw-sitively delightful afternoon at our cherished local non-profit farm.
This year the Fun Dog Day is on Saturday 28 September from 11am to 4pm.
Savills Estate Agents and TRIBE London Canary Wharf are proudly sponsoring the day.
Entry to the Fun Dog Day is free. To enter your dog into one of the judging classes is £5 per class per dog. Judging class tickets can be purchased in advance here:

👦🏽 Young Farmers must be aged between 8 and 15 and be able to move and work independently

Mudchute's main courtyard will be closed on Thursday, 27 June.

On that day it will not be possible to access the toilets and the main office, either for enquiries or to buy animal food.

The Nature Trail and Lower Paddock will also be closed.

Can you imagine anything better than sending your children to a summer club on a farm in the heart of London? 💭👩🏼‍🌾 Well, we have made your dream come true! 🤩

Field trips, forest school, arts and crafts, sports and games, and lots of indoor and outdoor play in Mudchute Park & Farm!

The Mudchute Summer Holiday Club will take place from 22 July to 22 August ☀️ from 8am to 5pm, for children aged 5 to 11. The price is £35 per day.

What’s going on at this May half term? Well, get ready for 🐹 animal petting, 🎨 arts and crafts, 🌸 spring hunts, and 🐑 a sheep shearing demonstration!

When? From 27 May to 31 May.

Take a look at our schedule to find out days and times! 👆🏽

Tickets can only be bought from the Yard office on the day in person. Morning sessions tickets are available from 10 am, and afternoon sessions from 12:45 pm.

One free adult per family for animal petting.

The sheep shearing demonstration will only take place weather permitting.

We remind you that donkey rides will not take place this half term.

🚴Mudchute's Ze is on the last few days of practice before his epic 100 mile Ford Ride London-Essex 2024, on 26 May 2024. 🚴 He's fundraising for Mudchute - and he's halfway to his target. 👏👏👏👏👏

Did you know we had over 45,000 school children visit last year, including 1,400 with additional needs 🎒- and for many it will have been the first time they have seen some farm animals. 🐷

On Wednesday 29 May, a sheep shearing demonstration will take place at at 10.30 am and 2 pm [weather permitting 🤞🏼].

We are home to over 100 animals, including pigs, sheep, goats, cows, ducks, geese, chickens, rabbits, and even llamas. Visitors can get close and personal with them by feeding or petting them under the supervision of the farm's expert staff 💚

Join Alan Titchmarsh and Mudchute's Farmer Tom for ITV's Love Your Weekend on Sunday 19 May from 9:30. 🐑
They'll be discussing the Soay sheep - a primitive breed that's on the Rare Breeds Survival Trust's 2024/25 Watchlist as an 'At Risk' breed.
Mudchute does lots of work with rare breeds, helping to ensure that these important animals lines remain genetically strong for future generations, helping the breed survive and thrive.

May half term is approaching and we’re getting ready! 😎

Unfortunately due to our donkeys receiving ongoing veterinary treatment there will be no donkey rides offered this half term. We are sorry if this causes any disappointment, but please understand that the welfare of our animals will always come first.

To make the most of our outdoor fun, 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 will take place between Monday 27 May and Friday 31 May, including (weather permitting) a free sheep shearing demo on Wednesday 29 May! 🐑🪒
