Good morning from venomous visions
Due to the cold temperatures, we shall only be shipping on Thursday this week for arrival on Friday. It's the only safe shipping day there is. We have emailed all customers with pending orders. Once we have dispatched, you'll receive an email confirmation with your tracking details.

We're also preparing for the Southwestern invertebrate show in Taunton. we'll be there with a whole host of millipedes, centipedes, scorpions, and more.

Our next shipping day after Thursday this week will be Wednesday, the 26th. This allows us to unpack and update the website.

Due to the cold weather, we have now suspended shipping this week,
It's just too cold to dispatch safely,
All customers with pending orders have been notified. Please check your emails.

We shall be reviewing temperatures on Sunday evening to see if monday is safe. we'll keep you updated, but please be patient it is February after all, and delays are inevitable.

The temperatures are falling again this week which we know is frustrating for all of us, customers have been emailed and updated we'll dispatch what we can tomorrow and be back dispatching on Monday next week weather permitting depending on your location the website as always is open.

COLD WEATHER DELAYS & INVERT SHOW

Good evening from venomous visions,

Once again, temperatures are dropping this week, so do expect delays with dispatch. we have already contacted all pending orders, some will go midweek this week, and others won't get dispatched until the following week commencing 27th, we have no control over the weather.

The website will remain taking orders,
we are preparing for the Southeast Arachnid show taking place on Sunday 26th, at the Ashford International Hotel in Kent, we look forward to seeing you all there is the first BIG show of the season and it looks to be a busy year ahead.

Not long now till the first UK invertebrate show of 2025 SUNDAY 26th January

HERE ARE SOME FAQ’s

Pay CASH ONLY at the door for entry
(Please have the correct change for faster entry) - on the day, no pre-order tickets

Doors open at 11am - Raffle at 4pm (you have to be there to win) - Show ends 5pm

£5 adults £2 child (5-15yrs) and OAP
under 5s free - Please bring CASH

There is disabled access, but no early access as our traders are getting ready for the show.

Some traders accept card payment, but all accept cash.

Cash point 2 minute walk from the hotel at Sainsbury’s

Car parking on site, plus parking next door at Warren retail park (sainsburys) 2 minutes walk or Eurika leisure park 5 minutes walk.

NEW - CAR PARKING ON SITE AT THE ASHFORD INTERNATIONAL HOTEL - You need to input your vehicle registration into one of the tablets in the hotel to say how long you are parking.
Tablets are situated 2 in the main entrance, 1 near the Kent suite and 1 near leisure and spar area at the rear of the hotel
IT IS FREE PARKING AS LONG AS YOU ARE VISITING THE HOTEL AND ENTER YOUR CORRECT REGISTRATION INTO THE TABLET

PUT THE ONE NIGHT OPTION IF YOU ARE VISITING THE DAY

Invicta will take no responsibility for any PCNs received. If any issues contact the hotel directly.

Ashford International Hotel is dog friendly. However we do not allow dogs to walk around the SEAS Show. It gets far too busy and there is a risk to the dogs and people.

No other vertebrate animals allowed on site

We will no longer be running the invert crèche as this doesn’t get utilised.

Good afternoon from venomous visions

All customers have now been emailed regarding their orders, we shall be back dispatching from Tuesday onwards this is based not only on the temperatures but also on the one month backlog we have since December 10th, with the oldest orders temperature dependent being dispatched first on Tuesday.

Remember, we've had no control over the recent weather conditions that we experience along with all other suppliers experiencing the same difficulties.

The backlog will be fully completed this week. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact the business page or email us.

We have been receiving multiple emails and phone calls asking about why we haven't shipped orders, when they will be dispatched , when I will receive it as it says next day delivery, etc.

Customers were emailed regarding this weeks low temperatures and that shipping wasn't going to be possible, and this is the same for all online sellers,

Please be patient,
We will contact and update each customer this weekend. we want your order to arrive swiftly but also as safely as possible,

Happy New Year, and we welcome you back to the venomous visions fb page.

The website is currently taking orders as it has done over Christmas, please be patient we have freezing temperatures up and down the country and this will make shipping live orders difficult to expect delays we shall be contacting customer this weekend and updating you all.

WE'RE NOW CLOSED FOR CHRISTMAS

Good evening from venomous visions.
We are now closed for shipping orders for 2024. The website will remain OPEN for taking orders. These will be dispatched, weatherpermitting from Monday 6th of January.
