We will be attending this show and look forward to seeing many of you there.

Not long now till the first UK invertebrate show of 2025 SUNDAY 26th January

HERE ARE SOME FAQ’s

Pay CASH ONLY at the door for entry
(Please have the correct change for faster entry) - on the day, no pre-order tickets

Doors open at 11am - Raffle at 4pm (you have to be there to win) - Show ends 5pm

£5 adults £2 child (5-15yrs) and OAP
under 5s free - Please bring CASH

There is disabled access, but no early access as our traders are getting ready for the show.

Some traders accept card payment, but all accept cash.

Cash point 2 minute walk from the hotel at Sainsbury’s

Car parking on site, plus parking next door at Warren retail park (sainsburys) 2 minutes walk or Eurika leisure park 5 minutes walk.

NEW - CAR PARKING ON SITE AT THE ASHFORD INTERNATIONAL HOTEL - You need to input your vehicle registration into one of the tablets in the hotel to say how long you are parking.
Tablets are situated 2 in the main entrance, 1 near the Kent suite and 1 near leisure and spar area at the rear of the hotel
IT IS FREE PARKING AS LONG AS YOU ARE VISITING THE HOTEL AND ENTER YOUR CORRECT REGISTRATION INTO THE TABLET

PUT THE ONE NIGHT OPTION IF YOU ARE VISITING THE DAY

Invicta will take no responsibility for any PCNs received. If any issues contact the hotel directly.

Ashford International Hotel is dog friendly. However we do not allow dogs to walk around the SEAS Show. It gets far too busy and there is a risk to the dogs and people.

No other vertebrate animals allowed on site

We will no longer be running the invert crèche as this doesn’t get utilised.

Good afternoon from venomous visions

All customers have now been emailed regarding their orders, we shall be back dispatching from Tuesday onwards this is based not only on the temperatures but also on the one month backlog we have since December 10th, with the oldest orders temperature dependent being dispatched first on Tuesday.

Remember, we've had no control over the recent weather conditions that we experience along with all other suppliers experiencing the same difficulties.

We have been receiving multiple emails and phone calls asking about why we haven't shipped orders, when they will be dispatched , when I will receive it as it says next day delivery, etc.

Customers were emailed regarding this weeks low temperatures and that shipping wasn't going to be possible, and this is the same for all online sellers,

Please be patient,
We will contact and update each customer this weekend. we want your order to arrive swiftly but also as safely as possible,

Happy New Year, and we welcome you back to the venomous visions fb page.

The website is currently taking orders as it has done over Christmas, please be patient we have freezing temperatures up and down the country and this will make shipping live orders difficult to expect delays we shall be contacting customer this weekend and updating you all.

WE'RE NOW CLOSED FOR CHRISTMAS

Our last shipping day this year will be Wednesday 11th of December, order's placed before and upto 1pm on Wednesday will be dispatched, any orders placed after this time and date won't be shipped until Monday 6th of January weather permitting

❄️ ❄️COLD WEATHER DELAY UPDATE ❄️ ❄️

Good afternoon,
Despite having well and truly entering the heat pack season, do expect delays due to temperatures being too low.

Next week various parts of country are dropping down to freezing temperatures and this will make shipping live orders alot slower we want your new family members to arrive with as quickly and as safely as possible, we had planned for 3 day shipping next week due to getting ready for the southern invertebrate show in Brighton on Sunday 24th, however looking at the forecast for next it looks as though all live shipping will be suspended until the week after we're sending our emails now to let customers know in advance.

These are great species to keep for new keepers or existing keepers , active and very good at climbing, and just like Telodeinopus aoutii, they'll eat their dead caged mates so good clean up crew.
