Many farming methods use pesticides as well as herbicides and fungicides, but then wash their produce prior to it going out to consumers to remove anything left on the surface. This means that the salad you eat has been treated at some point, but when you receive and consume it, it is simply free of pesticide (or other) residue.

We strive to be the best for our restaurant and home customers. So to date we have grown over 80 core varieties of micro greens, micro herbs, baby leaf salads, and edible flowers. We are also always willing to grow on demand and to specification.

This is all grown in our indoor vertical farms in London, free from pesticides and distributed using no plastic.

At a time when there is so much discussion over scarce resources and to focus on the positives. Our business is not only about production - it’s an ongoing mission to build a more sustainable business model, that places less pressure on scarce resources, complementing the wider food system.

Our farms are built in disused buildings, primarily in urban areas of multiple deprivation. Farming indoors may not see very ‘natural,’ but our process uses less overall energy and less water than traditional farming methods. We also don’t use pesticides, or soil. When it comes to getting our products to our customers, we’ve always been zero plastic for our cut produce - and for our uncut range, our customers can reuse their punnets or continue growing their produce after delivery.
