Please be mindful
I am
self employed
if you don’t show up or
are too late for the appointment that has a big impact on me.
I pay a percentage to rent my table like hairdressers.
I do not receive company PAYE.
If you are a no show or suddenly on the day of appointment can’t make it please pay costs for the missed appointment/groom bank details below
deposits are required for all appointments now .
If you don’t pay by bank transfer by 6pm the day you called, booked there will be NO appointment for you

I am fully insured but Please specify lumps warts or any injuries if you don’t point these out to me and they get grazed or cut as I couldn’t see or feel them I will not be liable for vet costs . MATTS will be shaved if nothing else works

price is also considered on the size and weight of dog I will advise
additional costs include
Dematting if the dog can handle it
Bad behaviour where it becomes dangerous for me and the dog and taking longer to groom because of extra safety precautions in place

They can close us down if we don’t follow THEIR rules
Please arrive at the appointment time,
being early or late increases the risk of cross overs which we have to avoid to lessen the risk of spreading the virus.

If you are going to be late please call me on 07799 507011
so that we can reorganise a safe drop off time.

Remove your own collar and lead and take it away with you.

Ring the doorbell and stand back behind the gate a safe distance away from the front door.

We will come out to meet you.

On collection please arrive at the specified time as we can’t have cross overs with other clients and we have to disinfect in between appointments. Ring the doorbell then stand back again behind the gate and we will bring the dog out and secure it for you to collect once we have closed the house door.
