ππΎ Keeping Your Pets Safe This Christmas πΎπ
We all love the magic of the holidays β the food, the decorations, and the joy of spending time with family. But Christmas can bring some unexpected dangers for our pets.
Here are a few things to watch out for:
π« Toxic Treats
Chocolate, mince pies, Christmas pudding, and anything with raisins or grapes can be really harmful to pets. Even a little nibble could cause trouble!
β¨ Decorations
Tinsel, baubles, and fairy lights are fun to look at, but curious pets might chew on them, swallow them, or get tangled up. Keep an eye on them around the tree!
πΏ Festive Plants
Poinsettias, mistletoe, and holly may look lovely, but theyβre not safe for your furry companions to snack on.
If your pet gets into something they shouldnβt please give us a call as soon as possible on 0208 444 9006 and if weβre closed, our out-of-hours vet will take your call on that same number.
You can also contact the Animal Poison Line on 0120 2509 000 for advice as they are trained specialists.
Wishing you all a Merry Christmas + Safe festive period!
